I've been a patient of Dr. Phelps and his gracious staff since 2009. I had degenerative spondylotic disc bulges located in my cervical (C5-6) and Lumbar region (L4-5) of the spine. At times, the pain was unbearable that I had to put certain aspects of my life on hold. Dr. Phelps and his staff immediately began a thorough regiment to safely and quickly help and treat my condition. During this time, Dr. Phelps and his staff treated me and my wife with the utmost care and patience by explaining, in laymen terms, all the medical exams and processess that I would have - and why.
